This guide shows you how to switch from the conversation list view to the chat view on your mobile device.
Switching to Chat View (on mobile)
When using the application on a mobile device, selecting a conversation will automatically take you to the chat view.
1. Open the conversation list:
Make sure you are viewing the list of active conversations (usually labeled as In corso).
2. Select the conversation:
Find the conversation you want to open and tap it.
3. View the chat:
The system will load the discussion, showing the sent and received messages.
Returning to the conversation list
If you are already in Chat View and want to return to the full conversation list:
1. Look for the "Lista" button:
At the top of the discussion screen, look for the button labeled with the list icon (<i class="fa fa-list"></i>).
2. Tap Lista:
Tap the Lista button to return to the conversation list.
