This guide explains how to view only the conversations that have been flagged for special attention, or how to exclude them from the view.
1. Go to the Conversations (or Messages) section.
2. Locate and click on the icon or button to Open the filter panel (usually located above the list of conversations).
3. In the filter panel, look for the option named Flag.
4. Select the desired option:
- Flagged: to view only the conversations that have been flagged.
- Unflagged: to view only the conversations that do not have a flag.
5. After selecting the option, the list of conversations will automatically update to show the filtered results.
> Note: To remove the filter and view all conversations, return to the filter panel and deselect the chosen option.
