This guide explains how to use the Read Status filter to view only conversations that contain read or unread messages.
Procedure
1. Access the conversations section (the list on the left).
2. Locate the filter bar (usually above the conversation list).
3. Click on the filter labeled Read Status.
4. Select the desired option to filter the list:
- Unread: To view only conversations that contain messages not yet read.
- Read: To view only conversations where all messages have been marked as read.
5. The conversation list will automatically update to show only the results matching the selected filter.
