This guide explains how to permanently delete a conversation from the platform.
WARNING: Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
Step-by-step Procedure
1. Open the conversation
Click on the conversation you want to delete from the list in the left panel (In progress or Archived).
2. Open the conversation details
In the chat header, click the Details button (icon <i class="fas fa-info"></i>). The side panel with the author's information will open.
3. Access the deletion options
Scroll to the bottom of the author details panel. In the footer, locate the action button group. The main button will be labeled Archive (if the conversation is open) or Reopen (if the conversation is archived).
Click the Archive / Reopen button to open the dropdown menu.
4. Permanently delete
In the dropdown menu, select the option:
Permanently delete (icon <i class="fas fa-trash"></i>).
5. Confirm the action
The system may ask for a final confirmation. After confirming, the conversation and all messages contained within will be permanently removed.
