This procedure allows you to quickly mark all conversations in the list as read, removing the unread message counters.
Note: The button for this action appears only if you have unread messages in the current list.
Step-by-step procedure
1. Access the Messages (or Chat) section of the platform.
2. Make sure to view the list of conversations (the left sidebar panel).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the conversation list.
4. Click the button:
Mark all as read
Once clicked, all notification badges (the numbers indicating unread messages) will disappear and you will receive a confirmation notification: "All conversations have been marked as read.
