Call the customer

This procedure allows you to view and initiate a call to the customer directly from the chat conversation, using the default phone application on your device.

Prerequisites: You must have an open conversation with the customer and their phone number must be registered in the anagrafica.

1. Open the conversation with the customer you want to contact from the list of ongoing conversations.

2. Click the Dettagli button located at the top right, above the discussion area.

3. The side panel with the customer's information (Anagrafica) will open.

4. Scroll down to the section containing the contact details.

5. If the phone number is available, you will find it in a button with the phone icon (<i class="fa fa-phone"></i>) and the number itself.

6. Click on the displayed phone number to start the call. The system will use the phone application installed on your computer or mobile device.
