This guide shows you how to enable fullscreen mode to maximize the workspace dedicated to managing conversations.
Procedure to Enable Fullscreen Mode
1. Locate the Toolbar:
At the top of the screen, above the list of conversations and the chat area, you will find the main toolbar.
2. Find the Expand Icon:
Look for the button that shows the expand icon: a square with four arrows pointing outward ($\text{<i class="fas fa-expand-alt"></i>}$).
Note: This button is usually located next to the "Template Management" button if visible.
3. Activate the Mode:
Click on the expand icon. The platform will adjust to occupy the entire area of your screen.
Exiting Fullscreen Mode
To return to the normal view, click again on the same expand icon (which may now appear as a square with arrows pointing inward, depending on the browser).
