This guide explains how to assign a specific conversation to one or more system users, so they are responsible for managing and responding.
Assignment procedure
1. Open the conversation you want to assign from the list on the left.
2. Once the conversation is displayed, look for the Actions button in the bottom bar, next to the message input field. Click on it.
3. From the dropdown menu that appears, select the Assign conversation option.
4. A modal window (pop-up) titled Assign conversation will open.
5. Inside the window, use the selection field to choose the users you want to assign the conversation to. You can select one or more users.
6. Click the Update assignment button to confirm the selection and save the new conversation owners.
Assigned users will receive a notification via email and/or push (if enabled) regarding the new assignment.
