This guide explains how to access the menu containing additional actions available for the current conversation.
Prerequisite: Make sure you have selected an active conversation to display the message input bar.
1. Locate the input bar: Scroll to the bottom of the screen, where the message writing field (chat-message-input) is located.
2. Find the button: On the left side of the input bar, locate the button labeled Actions.
3. Open the menu: Click on the Actions button.
The dropdown menu will open, showing the options available for the conversation (for example, to add internal notes or assign the conversation to other users).
