This guide shows you how to start a new conversation and add recipients in copy (CC).

Adding recipients in copy (CC) (for new conversation)

Follow these steps to compose a new message and include recipients in copy:

1. In the left column, click the New message button.

2. From the dropdown menu that appears, select the type of conversation you want to start (for example, Email).

3. The form for the new conversation will open. First, enter the main recipient in the Select recipient field.

4. Fill in the Conversation subject field with an appropriate title.

5. Locate the field labeled Recipient in copy (CC).

6. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to put in copy. If you need to enter multiple addresses, separate them with a comma (,).

7. After writing your message in the text field, click the Send button to send the conversation with the recipients in copy included.
