This guide explains how to access the menu containing predefined response templates, which can be used within a conversation.
Prerequisites
You need to have an open conversation (existing or new) to see the message input bar.
Step-by-step Procedure
1. Go to the messages section and open the conversation where you want to import a template.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, where the message writing area (Write your message here...) is located.
3. Below the writing area, in the toolbar, locate the Import template button (it is on the right, next to the Send button).
4. Click the Import template button.
A dropdown menu will open containing the list of available templates. You can click on a template title to import its content directly into the writing area.
