Enable email synchronization

If email synchronization is disabled, you might not see email replies within the messages section. Follow these steps to enable it.

This procedure applies when you see the alert: Email synchronization disabled.

1. Access the messages or conversations section.

2. Locate the warning banner indicating that synchronization is disabled.

3. Click the Enable synchronization button in the banner.

4. You will be redirected to the settings page. Find the option related to email synchronization and activate it.

5. Save the changes, if prompted.

Once the procedure is complete, synchronization will be active and email replies will be included in the conversations.
