Why do it:
To stop recurring payments and deactivate an active subscription.
Procedure
1. Access the section listing all subscriptions. You will see a table with the following columns: Cliente, Stato, Pacchetto, and Data creazione.
2. Click on the row of the subscription you want to cancel to open the Riepilogo page.
3. On the subscription summary page, verify that the Stato is "In corso".
4. Locate the Gestione membership section.
5. Click the red button Disdici abbonamento.
6. A confirmation message will appear: "Sei sicuro di voler cancellare la sottoscrizione?". Click OK to confirm the cancellation.
7. Once completed, you will receive a notification: "Abbonamento cancellato correttamente.". The page will reload and the subscription's Stato will show as Non attivo.
