This guide explains how to create a new sender or modify an existing sender for sending emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages.
> Note: The saving procedure varies slightly depending on the selected Sender Type.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Access the Edit Form:
- If you are creating a new sender, click the button to add a new record.
- If you are modifying an existing sender, click on the corresponding row in the main table.
2. Fill in General Data:
In the Nome mittente field, enter the name you want to be displayed as the sender of your messages (for example, your company name).
3. Select the Sender Type:
In the Tipologia field, select the channel you intend to use:
Usa per le emailUsa per gli SMSUsa per WhatsApp
Depending on your selection, specific fields and instructions will appear.
A. If you chose "Usa per le email"
This section requires entering valid email addresses.
1. Fill in the Email field with the address you will use to send communications.
2. (Optional) Fill in the Reply To field if you want recipient replies to be sent to an address different from that of the sender.
3. After saving, the system will start validating the address. Follow on-screen instructions to complete validation (for example, by clicking on the link sent via email).

B. If you chose "Usa per gli SMS"
This section uses only the Nome mittente entered at point 2.
> Important: The sender name for SMS must be validated. You must use company names and not personal names. The name cannot exceed 11 characters.
1. After entering the Nome mittente, proceed to save.
2. The system will automatically send a request for name validation. Check status messages to know if the sender is Convalidato or In approvazione.
C. If you chose "Usa per WhatsApp"
> Warning: It is not possible to save the WhatsApp sender directly from this form.
1. Once WhatsApp type is selected, the save button disappears.
2. To create or manage WhatsApp senders, click on the Vai al modulo WhatsApp button and follow instructions in the dedicated form.
4. Save Data:
Once all required fields are filled (and if type is not WhatsApp), click on the Salva (or equivalent) button to register the sender in the system.
> If saving was successful, the page will refresh to show the validation status of the new sender.
