This guide shows you how to request the re-sending of the activation link for a sender email address that has not yet been validated.

How to request the re-sending of the email activation link

If you have entered a new sender email address but have not received (or have lost) the validation link needed to activate it, follow these steps:

1. Access the sender management section.

2. Click on the sender email you want to validate to access the edit screen.

3. Make sure the Tipologia field is set to Usa per le email.

4. Scroll down to the section containing the email details. If the address is not validated, you will see a red warning box with the following text:

> L'indirizzo email non è stato ancora convalidato, per iniziare ad inviare email con questo mittente clicca sul link che ti è stato inviato via email.

> Controlla anche nella posta indesiderata

> Non hai ricevuto l'email?

5. Click on the Re-invia link di attivazione link.

6. The system will save any changes made to the sender and proceed with re-sending.

7. A confirmation message will appear indicating that a new validation link has been sent to the specified email address.

Note: Check your mailbox (including spam/junk folder) to find the new activation link. Click on the link to complete sender validation.
