This guide explains how to check the validation status of a sender (Email or SMS) within the platform.
The validation status is visible both in the main list of senders and on the edit screen of each individual sender, where you can view full details.
1. Viewing the status from the main list
1. Access the list of senders.
2. Locate the column titled Type.
3. Next to the type (for example, EMAIL or SMS), you will find an additional label indicating the validation status:
- For Email Senders:
Validated(The sender is ready for use).To be validated(Action is required to activate the sender).- For SMS Senders:
Validated(The sender is ready for use).Pending approval(The sender name is awaiting verification).Rejected(The sender name was not approved).
2. Viewing detailed status (Edit Screen)
To obtain more details about the validation status and to see any necessary instructions, follow these steps:
1. Click on the desired sender to open the edit screen.
2. Make sure you are in the General section.
3. Depending on the selection in the Type field (Use for emails or Use for SMS), you will see a specific information box.
A. Status for senders of type "Use for emails"
In the email section, you may see one of the following messages:

| Pending Approval | The email address has been validated and is pending approval; you will receive a notification as soon as it is approved. | None. |
| To Be Validated | The email address has not yet been validated; to start sending emails with this sender click on the link sent to you via email. | Click on the activation link sent by email. If you have not received it, click on Resend activation link. |
B. Status for senders of type "Use for SMS"
In the SMS section, you may see one of the following messages:
