This guide shows you how to access the module dedicated to WhatsApp configuration, starting from the sender creation or modification screen.
WARNING: The module you are using is for general sender management (Email, SMS, WhatsApp). To configure WhatsApp senders, you need to access a separate module as indicated below.
Procedure to Access the WhatsApp Module
1. On the sender editing screen, locate the field labeled Tipologia.
2. From the dropdown menu, select the option Usa per WhatsApp.
3. Once the option is selected, an informational box titled Creazione mittenti WhatsApp will appear.
4. Click on the Vai al modulo WhatsApp button to be redirected to the configuration page.
(Note: The informational text in the box indicates that the full path to the module is 'Impostazioni => Messaggi => WhatsApp'.)
