This guide shows you how to set a Reply To email address for your senders, so that recipients' replies are sent to a specific address different from the one used for sending.

Guide to Setting the Reply To Email Address

To set the reply-to address for an existing or new email sender:

1. Access the sender creation or editing section.

2. In the General section, make sure the Type field is set to Use for emails.

3. Scroll down to find the field labeled Reply To.

  • Note: This field is located next to the main Email field.

4. Enter the full email address where you want to receive replies.

5. Once the address is entered, save the changes to apply the setting.
