delete a sender

This guide explains how to remove a sender (email or SMS) from the platform.

Warning: Once deleted, the sender can no longer be used for sending communications and must be recreated and validated again.

Deletion Procedure

1. Access the section listing all configured senders.

2. Locate the sender you want to delete within the main table. The table shows the columns:

  • ID
  • Type (Email, SMS, or WhatsApp)
  • Name (Sender name)
  • Email (Email address, if applicable)

3. Select the row corresponding to the sender you want to remove.

4. Use the dedicated delete button or deletion action provided by the interface (usually a trash can icon or a "Delete" button visible after selection).

5. Confirm the deletion action when prompted by the system to permanently remove the sender.

Once completed, the sender will no longer be displayed in the list.
