This guide shows you how to access the configuration panel specific for WhatsApp senders, starting from the sender edit screen.
When setting a sender as WhatsApp, the actual configuration does not happen on this screen but in a dedicated module.
Accessing the WhatsApp Management Module
Follow these steps to access the WhatsApp management module:
1. Access the sender edit screen (where you can see the fields "Sender Name" and "Tipologia").
2. In the Tipologia field, make sure you have selected the option Usa per WhatsApp.
3. Once you select the WhatsApp tipologia, the screen will update and show the Creazione mittenti WhatsApp section.
4. In this section, you will find a message indicating to use the specific module and a navigation button. Click on the button:
Vai al modulo WhatsApp
You will be redirected to the configuration page where you can create and manage your WhatsApp senders.
> Note: After selecting the "Usa per WhatsApp" tipologia, the sender save button disappears because configuration must be completed in the dedicated module.
