Description: This tool allows you to control the ways of interaction with users, managing subscription requests and organizing the section dedicated to displaying notifications within the Customer Area.

  • Use it to immediately promote subscription to services (e.g., newsletters, push notifications) as soon as a visitor accesses the site.
  • It allows registered users to have a clear and dedicated dashboard where they can view all received messages and notifications.
  • It enables customization of the welcome message or instructions displayed in the user's notification list.

Main Features

  • Immediate Subscription Management: Ability to activate a subscription invitation that is automatically shown to the user when they open a page on the site.
  • Customer Area Control: Enable or disable a specific section for viewing notifications within the reserved area.
  • Content Customization: Option to define a personalized introductory text that appears at the top of the message list in the Customer Area, using an advanced text editor.

How to Configure

Settings are divided into two main sections: Registration and Customer Area.

Note: To save changes, make sure to use the form's save button after completing your configuration.

Automatic Integrations

This module integrates directly with the following areas of the system:

  • Customer Area: If enabled, a new menu item or section will be automatically added in the user's reserved area, allowing access to the notification list.
  • Subscription System: The "Request subscription on page load" option interacts with the site's subscription management mechanism to ensure that the request is properly shown to new visitors.
