Guide: Viewing the Customer's Action History
This procedure allows you to access the complete history of all interactions and activities related to a specific customer (such as logins, purchases, requests, profile changes, etc.).
Step-by-Step Procedure
To view a customer's action history, follow these steps:
1. Access the Customer Profile
1. From the main screen of the Customers module, locate the customer whose history you want to view.
2. Click on the customer's name or row to access their edit card.
2. Navigate to the History
Once the customer's card is open, the system will present several sections (Personal Data, Billing Information, etc.).
1. Scroll down until you find the section titled: Cronologia azioni.
- Note: This section is identified by a clock icon (history).
2. Under the title, you will find the description: "Storico delle azioni effettuate dal cliente".
3. Review the History
The history is presented in a timeline format showing actions in chronological order (from most recent to least recent).
4. Filter and Search Actions (Optional)
You can refine the timeline view using available filters:
Filter by Action Type
1. Look for the label Filtra azioni above the timeline.
2. Click on the dropdown menu and select specific action types you want to view (for example: "Accessi", "Acquisti", etc.).
3. The timeline will automatically update showing only selected actions.
Filter by Date
1. Click on the button with the calendar icon (next to the Nuova azione button). By default, this button shows Tutto.
2. A window will open allowing you to select a date range.
3. Choose a predefined range (e.g., "Ultimi 30 giorni") or select Personalizzato to set specific start and end dates.
4. Click Cerca to apply the filter.
5. Add a New Manual Action (Optional)
If you need to record an interaction or event not automatically tracked by the system (for example, a phone call or appointment), you can add it manually:
1. Click on the Nuova azione button (identified by the + icon).
2. A window will open where you can enter:
- The Titolo of the action.
- The Data and Ora when the action took place.
- The Note (message) describing the action.
- Any Allegati.
3. Click Salva to add the action to the customer's history.
