add internal notes to the customer's profile

This guide explains how to enter private and internal notes related to a specific customer. These notes are visible only to system users and not to the customer.


Procedure for Adding Internal Notes

1. Access the Customer Tab

  • From the main customer list, click on the desired customer to open their edit tab.

2. Locate the Notes Section

  • In the customer's edit screen, look for the right sidebar.
  • Find the box titled Internal Notes.

3. Enter the Note

  • Inside the Internal Notes box you will find a text field or an editor (internally identified as modulesNotesContainer or modulesNotesEditor).
  • Type the internal note you want to save for this profile.

4. Save Changes

  • After entering the note, make sure to save the entire profile.
  • Click on the save button (usually at the top right) to apply the changes.

Once saved, the content of the Internal Notes field will be associated with the customer's profile and remain visible in this section.
