Mark the customer's email as confirmed

This guide shows you how to manually mark a customer's email address as verified or confirmed within their profile.

Guide: Marking the Customer's Email as Confirmed

To manually confirm a customer's email address:

1. Access the customer's edit tab (Profile).

2. Navigate to the section titled Login.

3. Ensure that the checkbox Enable Login is checked.

(Note: If Login is not enabled, the user will not be able to access and the email confirmation option may not be visible).

4. In the same section, locate the checkbox labeled Email confirmed.

5. Check the Email confirmed box.

6. Click the Save button (or the equivalent for saving the form) to apply the changes.

The customer's email is now marked as confirmed in the system. If the user has login enabled, they will no longer be required to complete email verification.
