manage newsletter subscription (enable/disable)

This guide explains how to enable or disable newsletter subscription for one or more customers.

You can manage the subscription in two ways: through bulk actions from the customer list, or by editing the individual customer's profile.


Method 1: Bulk Management (From the Customer List)

This method is useful if you need to change the subscription status for multiple customers at once.

1. Access the main customer management section.

2. Select the customers you want to modify by checking the box next to their name.

3. Look for the additional actions menu (usually a button or dropdown menu at the top of the table).

4. In the actions menu, select the Newsletter Subscription option.

5. Depending on the action you want to perform:

  • To activate subscription: Click Activate Subscription.
  • To deactivate subscription: Click Deactivate Subscription.

6. Confirm the action when prompted.


Method 2: Managing from the Customer Profile

This method is useful if you are already editing a specific customer's data.

1. Open the profile of the customer you wish to modify (by clicking on their name from the list).

2. You will be in the edit screen, organized into sections (wizard). Make sure you are in the first section, called Anagrafica.

3. Scroll down until you find the newsletter section (generally located after address details and before the "Login" section).

4. To manage subscription status, use the checkbox under the label Iscrizione newsletter:

  • Check Abilita iscrizione newsletter to subscribe the customer.
  • Uncheck Abilita iscrizione newsletter to unsubscribe the customer.

5. If necessary, you can also manage specific lists that the customer is subscribed to using the multi-select menu Liste newsletter (located above the status checkbox).

6. Once changes are complete, click on Save to apply the new settings.
