This guide explains how to use advanced filters to segment the customer list based on assigned labels or newsletter lists they are subscribed to.
Goal: Display only customers who meet specific labeling or subscription criteria.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Access Customer Management
Navigate to the main section where the complete customer list is displayed.
2. Locate Advanced Filters
Above or beside the main table (maintablelist), look for the area dedicated to advanced filters.
3. Filter by Label
To view customers who have a specific label:
a. Click on the filter titled Etichetta.
b. Select one or more labels from the pop-up list (for example: "Cliente VIP", "Lead Caldo", "Nessuna").
c. The system will automatically update the list, showing only customers with the selected labels.
4. Filter by Newsletter List
To view customers subscribed to a specific marketing list:
a. Click on the filter titled Lista newsletter.
b. Select one or more lists from the pop-up list (for example: "Promozioni Settimanali", "Aggiornamenti Prodotto").
c. The customer list will be updated to show only recipients of those lists.
5. Combine Filters (Optional)
You can combine the Etichetta filter and the Lista newsletter filter (along with other filters such as Region or City) to further narrow down results.
6. Remove Filters
To return to the full view, reopen the filters and deselect the chosen options, or use the general reset filters button (if available in your interface).
