This guide explains how to use the filters available within the "Action History" section of a customer profile to view specific events by time interval or activity type.
1. Accessing the History
1. Log in to the admin panel and open the profile of the customer you want to analyze.
2. Navigate to the module step titled Action History (identified by the icon <i class="fas fa-history"></i>).
2. Filter by Date Range
To view actions that occurred during a specific period:
1. Locate the button with the calendar icon, situated above the history, which initially shows the range All.
2. Click the button to open the date range selector.
3. In the selector, you can:
- Choose a predefined range (e.g., "Last 7 days," "This month").
- Select "Custom" to manually set a start date ("From") and an end date ("To").
4. After selecting the desired range, click the Search button.
The history will automatically update to show only actions that fall within the selected period.
3. Filter by Action Type
To view only specific categories of events (e.g., only logins or only changes):
1. Locate the field labeled Filter Actions.
2. Click on the field to open the dropdown menu.
3. Select one or more action types from the list (for example, if you see "Login" and "Purchase," you can select both).
As soon as you change your selection, the history will automatically update, showing only actions that match the selected types while respecting any date range set.
Note: If after applying filters you see the message No results found, it means there were no actions during that period or for the selected event type. Try adjusting the date range or action types.
