This procedure allows you to instantly access a customer's reserved area without needing to know or enter their credentials (password).
Note: This feature is only available if the customer's login is active.
Procedure to Perform Direct Access
1. Access the Customer's Profile
From the main customer list, click on the name or edit icon of the desired customer to open their detailed profile.
2. Locate the Actions Area
On the customer's edit screen, look for the sidebar section (or the "Login" tab if you are using tab view).
3. Click on the Direct Login Button
Within the customer's preview panel, find and click the button:
Log in with customer data
4. Confirm Access
A new browser window or tab will automatically open. You will be connected directly to the customer's reserved area.
If the new window does not open, make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups.
