modify or delete a custom action from the history

This guide explains how to view, edit, or remove a custom action that has been manually added to a customer's history.


Procedure to Edit or Delete an Action

To access and manage custom actions, follow these steps:

1. Access the Action History

In the customer edit panel, click on the tab titled Cronologia azioni.

2. Locate the Action

Scroll through the list of activities (the vertical timeline) and locate the custom action you want to modify. Custom actions are those created manually (not automatically generated by the system).

3. Open the Edit

Click on the link or edit icon associated with the action (usually a pencil-shaped icon or an invisible "Modifica" link in the source code that opens the edit form).

A dialog window titled Modifica azione will open.

To Edit the Action

1. In the dialog window, edit the necessary fields:

  • Titolo: Edit the title of the action.
  • Date and Ora: Update the date and time when the action took place.
  • Note: Modify the detailed description of the action.
  • Allegati: Add or remove any attached files.

2. Click on the blue Salva button to apply changes.

To Delete the Action

1. In the Modifica azione dialog window, click on the red Elimina button.

2. The system will ask for confirmation. Confirm deletion of the action from history.

Once completed, the history will reload automatically. You will receive a notification message confirming deletion or saving of the action.
