This guide outlines the procedure to upload or change the user photo (avatar) associated with a client within the system.
Prerequisites: You must be on the client's data editing screen.
Follow these steps to update the user photo:
1. Access the Anagrafica section
If you are in a client editing screen with multiple tabs, make sure you are in the first section, titled Anagrafica.
2. Locate the "Foto utente" field
Scroll down until you find the field labeled Foto utente.
3. Upload the new image
Click on the Foto utente field to open the media selection tool (Media Picker).
- Select an existing image from your library.
- Or, upload a new image from your computer.
> Note: Only a single image can be uploaded as the user photo.
4. Save changes
Once the new photo is set, click on the save button (usually located in the top toolbar) to apply the changes to the client's profile.
