This step-by-step guide explains how to manually record a specific action or event (such as a phone call, meeting, or internal note) in a customer's history.
Adding a New Custom Action to the History
To add a new action to a customer's history, follow these steps:
1. Access the Cronologia tab
Within the customer edit page (edit.php), navigate to the tab titled Cronologia azioni.
2. Start creating a new action
At the top of the Cronologia section, click the Nuova azione button. A modal window will open for data entry.
3. Enter the action details
In the modal window, fill in the required fields to describe the event:
- Titolo: Enter a brief summary of the action (e.g., "Telefonata di follow-up").
- Date and Ora: Set the date and time when the action was performed.
- Note: Use the text editor to enter a detailed description or notes related to the action.
- Allegati: If needed, you can upload files or documents related to the action.
4. Save the action
After entering all details, click the Salva button to record the action in the customer's history.
The custom action will be immediately visible in the timeline of the Cronologia azioni.
