  • Data Recovery: Restore a specific configuration or record (even if accidentally deleted) to its previous version with a single click.
  • Efficient Sharing: Quickly transfer a complex configuration (e.g., an email template or a web page) from your project to another without having to recreate it manually.

Main Features

The module offers complete control over your system's operational history.

  • Complete Operation Tracking
  • The system automatically records every data management and saving action (creation, modification, and deletion) performed in all modules.
  • The list shows important details such as the Module involved, Record ID, Operation Type, and the User who performed it.
  • Version Restoration
  • For each history entry, the "Restore" action is available.
  • By clicking Restore, the selected record is reverted exactly to the state it was in at the time that specific history entry was recorded.
  • Sharing Management (Import/Export)
  • Sharing an item: It is possible to generate a unique link to export a specific record (e.g., a page or setting) and share it with other users or projects.
  • Importing an item: If you receive a sharing link, the system will show you a preview of the shared item (including its origin) and ask for confirmation before proceeding with import, creating a new record in your system.
  • Backup Data Export
  • You can start downloading a complete backup of the data tracked by this module, useful for external storage or migrations.
  • History Cleanup
  • You can delete individual entries from the history if they are no longer needed for restoration or traceability.
