AI Features Management Module

AI Features, Configuration, Service Linking, Key Management, Cost Control, Monitoring

Description: This tool centralizes the configuration and activation of all Artificial Intelligence-based features integrated into Framework360, managing the method of access to external services.

What is it for? (Practical examples)

This module is essential for controlling how and where Artificial Intelligence is used within the platform.

  • Cost control: Allows deciding whether to use the AI credits provided by the system or to connect personal API keys (e.g., OpenAI) to manage costs directly with the external provider.
  • Function customization: Enables selectively activating or deactivating specific AI features (such as text generation, automatic summarization, or data analysis) based on operational needs.
  • Centralized management: Provides a single panel to monitor and configure all AI tools available in the system.

Main features

The AI Management Module is divided into two main configuration areas: connection method and feature activation.

  • Connection Method: Allows choosing the source of access to Artificial Intelligence services.
  • External Keys Management: If opting to use external keys, it is possible to enter and save the necessary API credentials (currently supports OpenAI) to connect directly to the services.
  • Selective Feature Activation: Offers an overview of all AI tools available in the system. Each tool can be activated or deactivated with a simple click.
  • Status Monitoring: Clearly indicates which features are active and which are disabled.

How to configure

Configuration takes place in two main steps: choosing the access method and enabling individual functions.

1. Connection method

OptionDescriptionNotes
Use creditsThe system will use internal AI credits (if available) to perform operations. This is the default option.Does not require entering external keys.
Use external keysThe system will use API keys provided by the user to connect directly to external services (e.g., OpenAI).Requires manual entry of API keys.

Warning: If external keys are chosen, ensure that the entered keys are valid and have sufficient credit with the external provider. Otherwise, AI features cannot be executed.

2. External Keys Configuration

If "Use external keys" has been selected, a section will appear for entering credentials:

FieldDescription
OpenAI KeyEnter your secret API key provided by OpenAI.

3. Available features

This section displays a list of all AI integrations available in Framework360.

  • Activate/Deactivate: For each feature, there is an Activate or Deactivate button. Clicking it enables or disables the use of Artificial Intelligence for that specific purpose within the platform.
  • Dependent features: Some items may not be directly activatable in this panel but might require activation or configuration of another linked module. In such cases, the system will provide a direct link to "Go to module."

Automatic integrations

The AI features configured in this module automatically integrate into various areas of the system.

  • Content generation: Activated functions may appear in text editors and creation modules (e.g., for article drafts, product descriptions, or campaign titles).
  • Automations and Workflows: AI can be used to classify data or generate automatic responses within operational flows configured in the system.
  • User Interface: Icons and descriptions of active AI features will appear contextually where needed, making AI usage an immediate and accessible action for users.
