What is it for? (Practical examples)
Use the Invoice History to:
- Quickly verify the amount and date of all transactions related to active services.
- Download invoices in PDF format for internal archiving or delivery to your accountant.
- Collect up to 10 invoices simultaneously into a single ZIP file to simplify periodic accounting operations.
Main features
- Detailed View: The main table shows the document creation date, transaction description (service or credit purchased), and the total billed amount.
- Single Download: You can download each individual invoice directly in PDF format via the "Download invoice" button on each row.
- Multiple Download (Archiving): By selecting multiple rows from the table, you can initiate a bulk download. The system will automatically generate a ZIP archive containing all selected PDFs.
Important Download Limitations
To ensure compliance with electronic invoicing systems:
1. Quantity Limit: It is not possible to download more than 10 invoices simultaneously in a single archive (ZIP) operation.
2. Historical Documents: The displayed history includes invoices issued from December 20, 2022 onwards.
3. Electronic Invoices (Pre-2025): For invoices issued before 2025, if the XML document references required by the system are missing, it will not be possible to download the PDF directly. In this case, please contact support.
How to use
1. Access: Go to the "Invoice History" section from the main menu.
2. Consultation: The list loads automatically with available invoices, ordered by creation date.
3. Single Download: Click on the Download invoice button (down arrow icon) next to the desired transaction.
4. Multiple Download:
- Select the desired rows by clicking on them (selected rows will be highlighted).
- Make sure not to exceed the maximum limit of 10 selected invoices.
- Use the bulk download action that will appear at the top of the table.
- The system will generate and start downloading a ZIP file.
Automatic integrations
This module is tightly integrated with Framework360's Electronic Invoicing system. All documents generated for services (such as SAAS subscriptions or credit purchases) are automatically recorded in this history to ensure complete traceability.
