What is it for? (Practical examples)
Use the Global Environment Settings to:
- Establish the official name of your business within the platform and select the relevant sector.
- Customize the user interface by selecting a graphic theme that fits your brand.
- Ensure that important communications (such as contact requests or system notifications) are delivered to the correct email addresses and phone numbers.
Main Features
- Environment Identification: Allows you to set the project name and business sector.
- Graphic Customization: Offers the possibility to choose among different themes (light, dark, or with sidebar) to change the visual appearance of the interface.
- Email Recipients Management: Enables you to specify one or more email addresses that will receive all communications and requests generated by the system (e.g., contact forms).
- SMS Notifications Configuration: Allows you to enter one or more mobile numbers to receive important notifications via SMS and select which types of alerts you want to receive.
- Billing Data: Includes an area dedicated to entering and managing all the fiscal data necessary for invoicing (VAT number, Tax Code, Addresses).
- Ownership Transfer: Users with elevated permissions can initiate or cancel a request to transfer ownership of the environment to another user registered on the platform.
How to configure
The configuration is divided into two main sections: Environment Data and Billing Data.
Environment Data

| Do you want to receive important communications via SMS? | Enter the mobile numbers to receive alerts. |
| What do you want to receive via SMS? | Select which types of system notifications should be sent via SMS (e.g., new requests, critical errors). |
Environment Owner (Visible only to users with elevated permissions)
This section shows the user currently owning the environment and offers two actions:
1. Transfer Ownership: Allows you to start the ownership change process by entering the email address of the new owner. The new owner will receive a notification to confirm the transfer.
2. Cancel Request: Allows you to cancel a pending ownership transfer request that is still awaiting confirmation.
Billing Data
This section requires the complete entry of fiscal and personal data (such as customer type, company name, VAT number, Tax Code, addresses, and contacts) necessary for issuing fiscal documents.
Automatic Integrations
The global settings automatically connect to other areas of the system to ensure consistency and functionality:
- Customer Data Synchronization: The contact and billing information entered is used to create or update the main customer profile associated with this environment.
- Immediate Aesthetic Update: The selection of a graphic theme is instantly applied to the user interface, changing colors and overall style.
- Guided Configuration Updates: The sector choice is saved and can influence the options and suggestions offered by any guided configuration procedures.
