Filter data by list or marketing campaign

This guide shows you how to apply specific filters based on lists or marketing campaigns within your Analytics report.

This procedure applies when you are setting up a New Report or editing a Saved Report.

Filtering data by List or Campaign

1. Make sure you are in the report configuration mode (the Sidebar on the left should display sections like Columns / Dimensions and Metrics (Values)).

2. Scroll down to the Filters section in the Sidebar.

3. Click on the pencil/edit icon (<i class="fa fa-pencil"></i>) next to the Filters label. This opens the field selection window.

(Note: If you are creating a new filter, the icon shown might be a +.)

4. In the Select fields panel that appears:

  • Use the Search field... box to quickly find the desired field (for example, type "Lista" or "Campagna").
  • Select the checkbox next to the "Lista" or "Campagna" field you want to use for filtering.

5. Click the Confirm button at the bottom of the panel to apply your selection.

6. After confirming, a dialog window will appear to configure the filter:

  • Select operator: Choose the comparison operator (for example, = to find an exact match).
  • Enter value: In the field below, enter the exact ID or name of the list or marketing campaign you want to filter data by.

7. Click the Save button in the dialog window.

The filter will now appear in the Filters section of the Sidebar. The report will automatically update to show only data related to the selected list or campaign.

If you are editing a widget in a Dashboard, remember to click Done and then Save the Dashboard to make your changes permanent.
