This guide explains how to apply filters based on status (for example, the status of a subscription or a withdrawal) within your Analytics Reports.
The analytics interface automatically updates the results as soon as you select a filter value.
Filtering Data by Status (Subscription/Withdrawal Status)
This procedure applies to pre-built reports that include predefined status filters (such as Affiliate or Subscription reports).
1. Access the Report:
- In the left sidebar, navigate and select the desired Report (for example, a report containing subscription or withdrawal data).
2. Locate the Filters Section:
- Once the report is loaded, scroll down until you find the panel titled Filters and Sorting.
3. Select the Status Filter:
- Within this panel, look for the filter field related to status. The label of the field may vary depending on the report, for example:
- Subscription Status
- Status (for withdrawals or other transactions)
- Click on the dropdown menu associated with that field.
4. Choose the Desired Value:
- Select the status you want to view. Common options include:
- Any: To include all statuses.
- Active or Expired (for subscriptions).
- Other specific statuses (such as "Pending", "Approved", etc., depending on the report).
5. View Updated Results:
- After selecting the value, the report will automatically update to show only data matching the selected status.
Adding a Status Filter in a Custom Report (Report Builder)
If you are creating or editing a custom Report (using the Dimensions, Metrics, and Filters sections in the sidebar), follow these steps to add a status filter:
1. Open Configuration:
- Make sure that the sidebar is in configuration mode (after loading a New Report or a Saved Report).
2. Add a New Filter:
- In the Filters section of the sidebar, click on the [+] icon (or []). The Select Fields panel will open.
3. Select the Status Field:
- Search for and select the field representing status (for example, "Subscription Status" or "Withdrawal Status").
- Click on Confirm.
4. Configure the Filter:
- A dialog window will open to configure the filter.
- Operator: Choose the comparison operator (e.g.,
=,!=). - Value: Enter or select the desired status value (e.g.,
Active,Expired, a numeric code, etc.).
5. Save and Update:
- Click on Save. The filter will be added to the list.
- Click on Done (if editing a widget) or wait for automatic updating to view filtered data.
