Advanced replacement rules allow you to define automatic text modifications (for example, replacing a domain in all links) that will be applied across all pages of the site, in emails, and in any other visible content for the current language.
Procedure
1. Navigate to the translation configuration panel and select the Advanced Translation tab.
2. To add a new rule, click the Add button (or the equivalent to add a new replacement row).
3. In the newly added row, fill in the following fields:
- Source Text: Enter the text or URL you want to replace (e.g.,
sitoweb.it). - Target Text: Enter the text or URL that should be used instead of the original (e.g.,
sitoweb.com).
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all necessary replacement rules.
5. Click the form’s save button (usually located at the top right, labeled Save or Save Changes) to apply the rules.
