This guide shows you how to set up text replacement rules that will be automatically applied to all translated content on your website.
Why do it:
Through this section, you can create automatic replacements based on the language. This is useful, for example, to enable the automatic translation of links across all content in a specific language. The replacements will be made on the site's pages, emails, and any other visible content.
Procedure
1. Access the translation management section.
2. Click on the Advanced Translation panel.
3. To create a new rule, use the interface to add a new replacement row.
4. In the newly added row, fill in the following fields:
- In the Source Text field, enter the text or string you want to replace (for example:
sitoweb.it). - In the Target Text field, enter the text or string that will replace the source text (for example:
sitoweb.com).
5. Repeat the previous steps to add all necessary replacement rules.
6. Click the save button (usually labeled Save or Save Changes) to apply the new replacement rules.
