Description: This tool is the control center for managing all multilingual aspects of the platform. It allows you to massively translate website content using Artificial Intelligence and manually localize static interface strings.

Use it to:
- Expand your market: Quickly translate all your site content (pages, articles, product sheets) into new active languages, drastically reducing localization times.
- Improve interface consistency: Manually edit button labels, error messages, or system texts to ensure that the translation is perfect and suitable for your audience.
- Manage domain or brand migration: Apply automatic replacements globally to change specific URLs or brand names based on the language.
Main features
- Automatic Content Translation (AI): Start massive translations of entire modules (e.g., Blog, Products, Landing Pages) into one or more target languages. The system manages the process in the background and shows progress.
- Process Monitoring: View in real time the status of ongoing AI translations, including completion percentage, and stop the process at any time.
- Static Strings Localization: Synchronize all fixed texts (strings) used in the platform’s user interface and front-office, allowing manual editing for the selected language.
- Advanced Replacements: Create automatic replacement rules for specific texts (e.g., URLs, phone numbers, names) that will be applied to all content generated in a given language.
How to configure
The module is divided into three main sections accessible via tabs:
1. Automatic translation
This section manages starting and monitoring massive translations of dynamic content.

| Which modules do you want to translate? | Select content groups (e.g., Site Pages, Products, Blog Articles) you wish to translate. Contents are grouped by their module. |
| Into which language do you want to translate them? | Select target languages. It is possible to translate into multiple languages simultaneously. |
| "Start Translation" Button | Begins the AI translation process. The system will provide an estimate of required credits before proceeding. |
| "Stop Translation" Button | Immediately stops any ongoing AI translation process and clears the job queue. |
Note: If there are ongoing translations, the configuration area will show a progress bar to monitor progress.
2. String translation
This section is dedicated to manual localization of static interface texts (buttons, labels, system messages).
1. Synchronization: When opening this tab, the system performs a quick sync to detect any new strings added.
2. Editing: A table displays the Original String (the base text) and the Translated String (in the selected management language).
3. Updating: Click directly on the text in the Translated String column to enter or modify the desired translation. Changes are saved immediately.
3. Advanced translation
This section allows defining replacement rules that are automatically applied to all contents and communications (site, emails) for the current language.

Use the Add Replacement button to create new rules. Remember to save changes using the module’s save button.
Automatic integrations
- AI Credits Management: Before starting an automatic translation, the system checks credit availability and provides a cost estimate based on content volume.
- Language Configuration: A quick link is available for direct access to the Site Manager section where you can activate and manage languages available on the platform.
- Cache Clearing: Whenever static strings are updated, the system automatically clears cache to ensure changes are immediately visible on the website.
Key differences
Use the Automatic Translation section to translate dynamic and variable content (e.g., product descriptions, article text). Use the String Translation section to customize fixed texts and platform interface labels.
