To quickly find a specific guest post, you can use the general search function or apply specific filters to the columns.
Procedure
1. Use the General Search:
- Locate the search field (usually a text box) positioned above the list table.
- Type the text you are looking for (for example, the Author name or part of the Post).
- The list will automatically update showing only the results that contain the entered text.
2. Filter by Category or Status:
- Above the Category column or the Status column, look for a dropdown menu.
- Click on the desired filter.
- Select the option you want to view:
- For the Category column, choose the specific category.
- For the Status column, choose between "Approvata" or "Da approvare".
- The list will automatically narrow down to show only guest posts that meet the selected criterion.
3. Remove Filters:
- To cancel a filter, reopen the dropdown menu and select the "All" option or its equivalent to view all guest posts again.
- To cancel the general search, clear the text entered in the search box.
