Why do it: To quickly view guest posts based on specific criteria (such as date added, author, or number of comments) and find the most relevant content.
Procedure:
1. Access the Guest Post management list.
2. Locate the main table displaying the list of posts.
3. To sort the list, click on the desired column header. The columns available for sorting are:
- Author
- Post
- Category
- Language
- Date added
- Comments
4. Click once on the header to sort the data in ascending order (for example, from oldest to newest date).
5. Click a second time on the same header to reverse the sorting and display data in descending order (for example, from newest to oldest date).
6. The list will automatically update showing the sorted results.
