Why do it: To quickly view only the guest posts that have been approved (active) or are still pending review (inactive).
Procedure
1. Access the main screen displaying the list of guest posts.
2. Locate the column titled Status.
3. Click on the filter button or icon associated with the Status column.
4. In the pop-up menu that appears, select the desired status option:
- Select Approved to view all guest posts with Active status.
- Select Pending Approval to view all guest posts with Inactive status.
5. The list will be automatically filtered, showing only guest posts matching the selected status.
6. To remove the filter and view all posts again, repeat steps 3 and 4 and select the "Show All" option (or equivalent) in the filter menu.
