Guest Post Management (Guest Post)

Moderation, Authors, Content, Organization, IP Ban, Attachments

Description: This tool allows you to manage and moderate all content (articles or posts) submitted to your site by external authors or guest contributors.

What is it for? (Practical examples)

Use it to optimize the publication workflow and maintain editorial control over externally received content.

  • Content Moderation: Receive articles from external authors and decide whether to approve, edit, or reject them before they appear on the site.
  • Author Management: View the data provided by the author (such as name, age, etc.) and, if necessary, block (ban) the author to prevent unwanted future submissions.
  • Editorial Organization: Assign categories, tags, and specific languages to each post to ensure proper indexing and site structure.

Main Features

Guest Post Management

The main screen shows a comprehensive overview of all submitted content, with the ability to filter and sort results based on the following criteria:

  • Author: See who submitted the post.
  • Post: Title of the content.
  • Category and Language: Content organization.
  • Submission Date: To track submission history.
  • Comments: Number of comments received on the post.

Content Editing and Approval

  • Tags and Category: Assign terms and categories to improve content organization and searchability.
  • Language: Set the language in which the post is written.

Moderation and Security Tools

The system offers advanced tools for managing authors and preventing spam:

  • Author Data: View data provided by the author (which may include custom fields such as name, email, etc.).
  • Ban Author: If an author submits inappropriate or spam content, you can view the IP address from which the post was sent.
  • The system indicates the author's Ban Status.
  • You can Ban the author (blocking their IP) or Unban the author directly from the post editing screen.
