Why do it
To quickly consult the main details (size, usage, and publication status) of all Excel tables loaded into the system.
Procedure
1. Access the section of the system dedicated to table management.
2. Once the main page is loaded, you will automatically see the complete list of loaded tables in an interactive data table.
3. The list provides the following information for each table:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The identifying name assigned to the table. |
| Rows | The total number of rows (data) contained in the table. |
| Views | The count of how many times the table has been viewed by users. |
| Status | Indicates the publication status of the table: Active (visible on the site) or Inactive (hidden from the site). |
Note: The data table generally allows sorting by clicking on column headers and using search filters to quickly find a specific table.
