Description: This module allows you to define access and registration rules for new customers and customize the labeling system for user classification.

What is it for? (Practical examples)

  • Control access: You can decide whether each new user must be manually approved by an administrator before gaining access.
  • Automate classification: Define if the system should automatically update the customer's status (e.g., from "Lead" to "Actual Customer") based on interactions.
  • Improve security: Require additional email confirmation when a customer logs in from an unrecognized device.

Main Features

  • Registration Flow: Detailed configuration on how new users are accepted into the system (email validation, administrative approval).
  • Automatic Notifications: Enable sending notification emails to the customer after successful registration.
  • Device Security: Ability to require further email validation when a user changes their login device.
  • Label Management: Creation of custom labels to segment customers, assigning each a name, description, and color for easy visual identification.

How to configure

The configuration is divided into two main sections: Registration and Labels.

1. Registration Settings

2. Label Settings

Customer Status Automation

If automatic label assignment is enabled, the system internally manages customer status progression (Lead, Prospect, Customer), reducing manual intervention by staff.
