Description: This module allows you to define access and registration rules for new customers and customize the labeling system for user classification.
What is it for? (Practical examples)
- Control access: You can decide whether each new user must be manually approved by an administrator before gaining access.
- Automate classification: Define if the system should automatically update the customer's status (e.g., from "Lead" to "Actual Customer") based on interactions.
- Improve security: Require additional email confirmation when a customer logs in from an unrecognized device.
Main Features
- Registration Flow: Detailed configuration on how new users are accepted into the system (email validation, administrative approval).
- Automatic Notifications: Enable sending notification emails to the customer after successful registration.
- Device Security: Ability to require further email validation when a user changes their login device.
- Label Management: Creation of custom labels to segment customers, assigning each a name, description, and color for easy visual identification.
- Status Automation: Control over automatic assignment of progression labels (Lead, Prospect, Customer).
How to configure
The configuration is divided into two main sections: Registration and Labels.
1. Registration Settings
| Option | Description | Available values |
|---|---|---|
| Email registration notification | If enabled, the system automatically sends a confirmation email to the customer after registration. | Yes / No |
| Admin approval required | Defines whether an administrator must manually approve the registration request before the account becomes active. | Not required / Required for all / Required only for companies |
| Confirmation on device change | Requires the user to confirm their identity via email if accessing from a browser or device never used before. | Yes / No |
| Account validation | Determines whether the user must confirm their email address by clicking an activation link. | Optional / Required / Not required |
2. Label Settings
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Automatic Label Assignment | Enables or disables the system that automatically updates the customer's status (e.g., from Lead to Customer) based on actions or elapsed time. |
| Label Definition | Allows adding, editing, or deleting custom labels. For each label you can define:

Name: The label identifier (e.g., "VIP", "Supplier").

Color: The color code displayed in the management panel.

Description: Internal notes regarding label usage.

|
Automatic Integrations
Notifications and Security
The system uses defined settings to:
- Automatic Communication: Send email notifications to customers or administrators based on registration events.
- Access Control: Verify legitimacy of access when a new device is detected, enhancing account security.
Customer Status Automation
If automatic label assignment is enabled, the system internally manages customer status progression (Lead, Prospect, Customer), reducing manual intervention by staff.
