  • Creation and Editing: You can define new labels or modify existing ones through an intuitive configuration panel.
  • Customization: Each label requires the following attributes:
  • Label name: The name that will be displayed (mandatory field).
  • Description: A detailed explanation of the label's purpose (mandatory field).
  • Color: A distinctive color for quick visual identification (mandatory field).
  • Ordering: It is possible to define a numeric Order value to establish the sequence in which labels appear in lists and dropdown menus.
  • Fixed Label Management: The system manages some predefined (fixed) labels that cannot be deleted, ensuring internal process stability.
  • Customer Association: The created label can be applied to one or more customers. Deleting a label automatically removes all references to it from customer records.
