Why do it:
To review the complete history of interactions and changes related to a specific customer, recorded in the historical log.
Procedure:
1. Access the tab or detail page of the customer whose history you want to consult.
2. Locate the section or tab dedicated to the activity log. This section displays data extracted from the technical log named customershistories.
3. Within the log, each activity is identified by a unique code called id.
4. Use the search, sorting, or filtering functions (if available in the table) to consult or isolate specific activity entries within the history.
5. If you need to delete a specific entry (for example, an activity recorded by mistake), locate the desired row and click on the associated delete option (usually represented by a trash can icon or a Delete button). Deletion is performed using the row's id identifier.
