Why do it:
To permanently remove a single unnecessary or incorrect entry from the historical log.
Procedure:
1. Access the system section that displays the data history (the historical log customershistories).
2. Locate the specific record (identified by its id) that you intend to delete.
3. On the row corresponding to the record, look for the action or button designated for deletion.
- Note: The system will use the ID (
pID) of the selected record to perform the deletion.
4. Click on the delete action.
5. If the system requires confirmation (for example, via a pop-up), proceed and confirm the operation.
6. Once completed, the system will respond with status: ok and the record will no longer be visible in the historical log.
