This guide shows you how to generate and print the PDF file of a contract that has been completed by a user.
Procedure
1. Access the main list of contracts.
2. Click on the name of the contract containing the completions you want to print. You will be redirected to the contract editing page.
3. On the editing page, click on the Completed Contracts section (or tab).
4. In the completions table, locate the row related to the specific completion you want to print (identified by Client and Creation Date).
5. In the last column of the row, click on the Print button (printer icon).
6. The system will generate the PDF in a new browser window, automatically open the print dialog, and close the window after a few seconds.
7. Follow your browser’s instructions to save the document as a PDF or send it to the printer.
